We stayed here for 10 nights and enjoyed our stay! The rooms were comfortable and clean and the balcony view was lovely and nice for relaxing in the evening. The location was very convenient for accessing all metro, trams and funicular etc. We didn’t love Taksim square itself however this had nothing to do with the actual hotel. We had a couple of problems with our original room due to unusually heavy rain however this was sorted quickly by management and we were given a free upgrade for a couple of nights while the problem was fixed! Overall it was fantastic value for money and the staff were SO kind!!

The hotel exceeded all my expectations in terms of hygiene, service, and overall comfort. First and foremost, cleanliness was impeccable. Every corner of the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms and even the smallest details, was spotless. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining a pristine and fresh environment throughout my stay, which made me feel completely at ease.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff, fast wifi. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish and roomy. Great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

All the staff is really friendly big thanks to Emre he is really nice and helpful the room is clean and new they change my bedsheets every time I wanted the cleaning lady is so kind the hotel is close to taksim square and everything is around food supermarket SIM card store I went out at night alone and it’s very safe neighborhood but if you’re staying more than one week better book the suite

Room was very comfortable etc Would recommend for those coming to Istanbul and who want to be very central to everything.
